Donald Trump is no Rose. He is perfectly described as being a sociopathic, narcissistic, pompous Ass! A man who actually believes that he is above the law, can get the law changed in his favor, and if that doesn't work, can intimidate those who would be in charge of doing the duty of carrying out the law.
