So Unforgettable
By La Belle Rouge

how could a lady forget, a man like you
all those sweet and thoughtful things you do
living love poetry that always makes me cry
the way your tenderness helps get me by
the days sometimes so lonely and blue?

unforgettable your continental charm
undeniable how it can so easily disarm
all my reasoning of why it can’t be
more than just a dream between you and me

a garden image of a barefoot bard’s smile
who makes me feel at home even while
a suave tuxedoed man of the world
sighs to dance with me in a intimate whirl

far beyond my flesh, a touch so deep
echoes of other times that make me weep
we loved before and I can’t remember your name
but Darling you’re unforgettable all the same

... more than a pretty face... a smooth and silky tux!! Who can forget that?! :)) I'm bad with names, but good with the quality of cloth. And I shall never forget George of the Jungle dressing up in Armani... if ever there was a case for jettisoning the loin cloth...!!!!! Very tactile, Belle, in all departments - especially of the soft spots of emotion. Mm-mm... Kate xx

Memories of a wonderful time need not include a name, just the loveliness of the memory and what was. I have a couple of those memories and they are awesome.

God bless you. Kathy
