peaceful heart calling ........................................
Truth of Hearts �� Sit in the quiet, Of self induced silence� Let your mind drift, Put it to sleep� Listen to your breath Enter�and exit your chest, Let your soul speak� Be sure to listen intently. Imagine at first� My touch upon your cheek, Gentle�exploring� As I pull you close, Your breasts against my chest, Soul touching soul� Speaking clearly, No words�only Feelings� Do not fear, The place in your heart� You will discover, One you never knew� Existed. It�s there� You will discover my truth, It�s there� I wish for you, To discover yours. Erin Woods

YOur steps of breathe and allow,
sounds like my daily yogas fleeting feelings ~
Just allow and visualize!
This is super sweetly written!
I could feel your energy and your longing!
Time will TEll! as Feelings are FElt!

Sweet and lovely, Erin! A good analogy for actions speak louder than words... Being still and allowing feelings to come to the fore shows
