WE  INTERCEDE  by  David CLURE

Lord,  I INTERCEDE,
I  ask  Your  Hand
to intervene;
to come between and
bring Your  p e a c e .

We fall so short,
we cause such pain
we do not mean,
Lord  p l e a s e  intercede.
On  You  alone  we  l e a n ,
send  Your  sweet  p e a c e .

LORD  we  are   so   w e a k 
yet  arrogant.
Change our selfish  heart
by Jesus  whom  You've sent .

We  confess  our  sins,
on  Your  m e r c y   we depend.
Heal  our   broken   Land !
Our  World,  Our  lives
are  in  Your  Hand .

Lord Jesus.
Thy  Kingdom  Come.
Thy  Will   be  Done.
Here  on  Earth,  as Above in
Heaven .
                 We  Intercede.   Amen.
