Here in Texas, with over 40 days without rain and at least 10 more to go, with each day over 100°, we no longer enjoy summer as much as we have in the past. Summer as we once knew it, may be gone, but autumn will come and perhaps, another deadly freeze for our tropical plants.

We all know what the cause is. And the fossil fuel industry has known about it for 50 years but did nothing more than continue to find ways to drill deeper, burn more and raise the price higher personal wealth benefit and not the benefit of all here on earth faced with the consequences.

We must all change our behavior, very quickly or we will be coming up on a planet that will not be able to sustain us regardless of our efforts
