BLU We’ve decided You and me As we live As we must Where we must With whom we must As life together Can never be * We’ve decided You and me It’s too painful To say “I love you!” So we’ve decided You and me It’s easier to say “BLU” We sign our posts with “BLU” * But you and me We know what The letters mean Though we disguise What we What you and I feel The meaning is there The hurt is there The longing to Hold you To be held by you Hasn’t lessened The urge to love you The urge to kiss you The urge to caress you The desire hasn't Lessened The urge to see you To sense the warmth Of your breasts Against my chest to be within you hasn’t Lessened * However You and me We both know * "BLU" * ‘Better Left Unsaid’ * * ©November 18 /2010 Mark M. Very insightful. Nice repost of the dilemma of many caught up in affairs. If only the world would accept the idea that marriage is not a jail sentence, but just a contract allowing children to have parents.
