Listening Again to the LIght

Listening Again to the Light

I once saw a movement
a teardrop moving up from below
a melody trying so hard to be seen
that when I asked to listen
the sound could only blind me in white light

Where does one go in the sightless pure color of white

Back to the dark
a quiet place to listen once more
to that place where seeing has been impossible

I saw a phrase once
whose crescendo could be heard
coming from the distance
whose diminuendo cried to not be lost
to always be available to those
who can see the song of the past
know the harmony of the present
anticipate with clarity
the lyrics of the future

listening again to the light
one finds love

Oh my
Oh my

Beautiful images and words and a search with an ultimate vision.

How perfect a wrap to say "Oh my/Oh my." Lilting energy in this finish. I feel the weak-legged kitten ("a melody trying so hard to be seen") but in the notes of something so soft that it is 'clear.' The swell of "diminuendo cried to not be lost" and the impression of being available to those who can see the song.... meshed into 'harmony of the present' and anticipation. Brightly brocaded weave. I love it. ~~ Diana

Took us on a visual and in-depth summery of the emotional tryst with The Light, having to retreat to The Dark in order to discern it. I loved the tour.
