Vulnerable:Gasping for breathe... Choking out the words...
Vulnerable: Gasping for breathe... Choking out the words... Fear closing around my heart... Revealing me... Feeling so open...so vulnerable... So scared... Waiting...Waiting For you to understand. Wanting you to know me... To feel me...to see me...the real me. Not the mask, not the role, not the carefully crafted life... but the raw me...the real me... my spirit...unedited, wild, free... Unsure... Yet, relieved. Knowing in my heart.. we will be further apart or closer than ever before. Trusting the moment. Feeling achey, yet strong. A few days pass... Our hearts collide. We make it through the pain... so close my eyes stream with rivers of grateful and happy tears.

Great write Sheri, it takes much courage to be vulnerable in general,but you have made it a bit easier with this poignant write.
When you have a moment,will you read my poem on "Soaring?" It expresses many of the sentiments in your poem of a like same name.
Should the "e" be on the word breath,appearing twice in your poem?
