We Touched

Before an opened window; Within the same
frame of mind-
A seasonal breeze cools the moment; Giving way
for the edge of the sheer robe, to dance
feverishly across my wet and
wanting flesh-

A soft moan escapes my lips, longing to find
yours once again-
They and I too, know there will never be
another, that soothes our needs-
Extinguishes the fires of passion, quite
like you-

A hint of your cologne wafting through the air-
Finds me yearning to pull you close-
Letting you draw me into the folds of your
waiting arms-
Giving in to your desires without hesitation-

Oh, make me yours once more-

Quivering with need; I turn to
catch a glimpse of your excitement in
the moons’ shadowy light-
From the moment we touch; Passion
implodes the heavens-

VEry good Lisa, this is sensuality with love combined to make a perfect romantic write that is a true tribute to love. I could almost feel I was in a room looking down on your silhoettes in the moonlight as you and your lover came together in such a passionate embrace. It would be one of those moments that the beauty of the image would be hard to draw the eyes away from. Wonderful write.

The Heart's Way by Rebecca McKeehan

Love is universal and not limited to the most perfect among us. In this collection of romantic short stories and poetry, love comes to those who are decidedly imperfect, who possess very real human flaws, scars, and challenges. Awaiting us as we are.
