Her need, a waning light--paling.
Indeed, a wingless flight--failing.
In crescent calm, she shuts her eyes,
And darkness takes the silent skies.


The dreams, a lover's haze--fading.
It seems a lunar phase--shading.
Just faintly now, a dying glow
Among the stars that watch her go.
