As he sat in his truck

He was nervous to meet,

This woman whom he did not know.

This woman soon pulled into the lot,

Praying her nerves would not show.

The most gorgeous woman he had ever seen,

Was walking toward him now.

Her eyes as well had met with his,

“Alan Jackson” he resembled somehow.

As they spoke he realized within a short time,

This woman is the nicest I’ve ever known.

She looked into his deep Hazel eyes,

As emotions began to flow.

Immediately they both knew,

They were standing on common ground.

Their love for church, horses, & rodeo,

Soon came around.

He felt too quickly that he was in love,

For her inner and outer beauty did show.

This tall man crazy for her,

She fell in love from head to toe.

At Applebee’s a new relationship began

For two who needed a love anew.

In a short time he was on one knee,

Asking her to say “ I DO”.
