What better tribute can a husband pay to her wife than to prevail upon her how lovely he still finds her. This is a poem written in the year in which Lara Dutta became Miss Universe. This is the English translation of what originally was written in Hindi.

All the ladies mentioned in the poem i.e Lara Dutta, Sushmita Sen, Aishwarya Rai are beauty queens. There are two Miss Universe and three Miss World here)

From Delhi to Madras, Bombay to Kolkatta*,
I find none except you more attractive than Lara Datta

(*All cities in India)

While I am in no position to comment on the preferences of other men,
I definitely find you more attractive than Sushmita Sen.

She may have besotted and mesmerised many a guy,
As far as I am concerned, you are head and shoulders above Aishwarya Rai.

People may say that they have fallen for Yukta Mookhy
Anybody who prefers her over you is a romantic rookie.

You shall forever remain my fair maiden
No matter how attractive others may find Diana Hayden

Whether present or past, you shall beat beauty queens from any era
Who cares for the likes of Priyanka Chopra.

In addition comparing you and Divya Mirza
Is like comparing a plain cheese to a multiple topping Pizza.

When I remember Manpreet Brar,
If she had competed against you, she would not have gone far.

One cannot but recall Madhu Sapre
She would have probably withdrawn had you been in the fray .

Last but not the least, let me round of with the evergreen Shobha De,
Please let me know, how did you like this Birthday ?

A "glamorous" piece of writing ! but if i may brazenly say so, its Dia Mirza and not Divya Mirza...
