Stars glisten with beauty all aglow
A moon shines on giving wondrous light
Moon flowers blossom on crystal snow
Raindrops melt on the earth below
Wings open at midnight
Angels come out from hiding a glorious delight
Moonbeams create a halo of blue
Given to the angels a joy so true
Love is born so brand new
~~~~~~~*~~~~~~~
Dance for me in the silver light
My moon angel of dreamlands
Take me to the land behind the seven holy stars
Walk with me to the moon river of true love
Fly with me over the shadows of my past
Kiss my heart sweetly and delicate
You are my angel of the moon
The gift from the stars above
A dream in a dream of roses
A shadow behind the mirror of wishes
Spread your wings to fly with me home
My little moon angel of golden dreams
You will be the rose in my heart
It’s true you are the defender of my heart of glass
Every night my dreams carry one face
A face of my angel of the moonlight shadows
I will love you to the end of all days
