DEAREST LOVE

There never was a love so true
As you have for me, and I have for you.

Always and ever through the years
We’ve been there for each other
Through laughter and tears.

When our time together is finally complete,
I’ll leave with a smile, my dearest sweet.
Knowing our love will always remain,
As joy transmuted to the spiritual plain.
