Man and child in Katrina loop, finding comfort

Softly I hold you And hope to keep you safe, Strongly I hold you So we both will remember this embrace. Words of "do not look away" Holds no ground today. You and I have seen the death and dying The crying. Our eyes are weary now! And softly I hold you As you hold me. Katie Fairchild~Sept 4, 2005
