At the bar
your lips move
to the rhythm of you
against the wall
head tilted
telling time
about a moment
when you were
once under
the influence
hypmotized
by the night
moving your hands
along the bridge
of your forehead
and slowly down
your body
asking me
how to say
the words
those words
that stop seconds
from ticking
away in the
open air
between our hearts
beating louder
at one another
acending to the
magnetic electric
melting of
lips molding
an eternal kiss

This rates a wow from me. Tight concise writing. Very evocotive.
Psychic wiccan Deja Hamilton pulls shapeshifter Lincoln McCabe from the lake, and the two form an alliance against the covetous older brother who wants Lincoln dead.
Enjoyed this....
