A practice Couplet.

Beneficial, thou bane and leisure of my heart,

Thou fiery cauldron, with voluptuous art;

Thou infamy, thou marrow, to health, to thief,

Thou giveth sea squall, and giveth seasons belief,

Thou litter, reef, thou squeezing, seizing ring,

Thou Tree, that give my sunny prayers a wing;

One fortnight, writhe you, let you forgive,

I love knot tis free, for your pout relive.

Your diamond is so well cut than it don't need polishing, the wind of your talent will do it for you.

"Beneficial" complied with the intention in the title.
