Your eyes answer my questions
While your voice soothes my mind
My smile is the simultaneous result
Of your heart beating with mine
Our spirits travel the miles
That separate we two
They touch unmistakably
For I feel you in all that I do
I see your outstretched hands
Mere seconds before I take hold
Your arms press me against you
Their warmth eradicates the cold
The heat of your hands upon my cheeks
Blends with your breath upon my ear
Removing all my lingering doubts
That you are definitely near
We drift upon the wind
As your spirit mixes with mine
Breaking all the barriers
Transcending space and time
Our moments like this are numerous
I feel you more and more
Reality may place my feet on the ground
But our hearts constantly soar
For even though we are separated
By miles of winding lanes
There’s a never-ending truth
That constantly remains
Our souls know no boundaries
They fly through the obstacles with ease
