he was my terracotta love,
etched like soul hunger basking,
formed a veil on my face
lonely love seducing rotunds of flesh
my poetry wisped down fingers of tears
and I remember pictures wearing gold
recurrent Beethoven charms, alluring
me naked through pink skies, and fluffy
hair. The music was too loud

There he stood all stretched
orchard stare, lusty hair,
smooch ready, bona fide lover........

Sensational!-- in every sense of the word. I love the "measured cups" and the washing machine "hurricanes" -- so vivid, tactile, and ... sensational --Charlie

Saberi...every word...within every line...gives me color of ones remembrance...of passion...which perhaps I might have seen...peeking through sheer curtains.

This leaves a tinge of mystique within the lines of fond remebrance or perhaps the letting go of such a dream? The lines echo these sentiments with such romance that it leaves pause for yearning with these images echoing beyond the whispers of the heart. Beautiful writing, Saberi

Saberi,

One needs a cold shower after this write. Snacks are only preliminary to the full course meal. (lol) Excuse the pun but your poem is very tastefully done. Peace, Love and Blessings Always, Paul.
