A Mouse - Mouse A
“A little cheese, please!”

A mouse, a mouse ran through my house.
I think, looking for cheese, but none from me.
It will have to go to Mouse’s House of Cheese.
A mouse, a mouse ran through my sister’s house
and she came crying to me. “You’re in luck,” I said,
“You can send the mouse to Mouse’s House of Cheese.”
My daughter called and said, “dad help,” I have a mouse and
It has a glass of wine in one hand and in the other a lump of cheese.
I said, “You’re in luck my lovely daughter. The mouse is drunk you see,
and will soon fall down. Thus, my child, all you now need to do, is call the cat,
which is much better than any old mouse trap – except may be, tainted wine.
Oh-my, oh-dear, oh-my, oh-dear,
can you believe another mouse ran through here
and appears to have no real fear.
I’ve been taking notes from Mouse’s House of Cheese
and I’ve added a little twist, Blue Cheese wine with tasty arsenic.
This will take care of every mouse, every time
in every house – oh-dear, oh-my –
poor Mouse’s House of Cheese it’s going to die -
NOT!!!
However,
If it does, all the mices
are heading down
to the cave creek poetry recitals –
they are new in town
you see.
But, no frowns,
now I wonder,
how did I
fall in with
such idle wizes?
Cheese, my man – Cheese!
