Keeps resounding in
My head
Simple little words
That should never
Be left unsaid
You whispered them to me
So close to my ear
It made me tremble
But not from fear
You said “I love you”
And then you pulled
Me near
You melted my heart with

Three simple little words are so potent they have started wars, have given dynasty's their power, have seen the sunset with the one true love. Those three simple little words.
