What if   God   decided to hold His breath ;
held back that precious  gift
which we call life ?

What if God decided
to  hold His breath ? 

Tit for tat .
What if we gave, not as
we've got, but as we wished we'd had ? 

For that is how 
God treats you (and me)
with such, such  overflowing
generosity . 

Next time I find, I am inclined, 
to hold back?
Lord please remind me of this:
What if God had decided
to hold His breath?
