My dream of a lifetime is coming true ,
The end of August, it is in the rue.
To stay at Dolly's Cottage for 11 days.
And to learn about English countryside ways.

First of all, a trip to an English Pub,
Where i think i will not have a Sub.
But will taste the Engish fish and chips.
And with it some ale which will put me in my dips.

I'll travel a boatride up the Thames River, to float.
Away from the things of here which i do gloat.
I'll see the countryside, and her friends,
And maybe i'll not want to come home when it ends.

I'll meet Alan her hubby, of which he is my manager,
And he keeps me on Fb out of danger>
Sometimes that is, when i get into trouble,
He' s there with a wink and on the double.

My oldest daughter Karen is taking me.
And she is friends with Lynn's daughter Kate you see>
So we'll make it a family affair on both sides,
Of  the friendship of which abides.
For many a year since our teens.
And that's the reason for our redeems.

A good friend from the den advised me to lend.
Another poetry write ere on the den.
