Raining hard, best time for sleeping
But I can’t for some reason
So I chill in the reclining chair
Laughing at the weather mans fake hair
What’s said to be a few drops is now a flood
And I yearn for a hug…
A knock at the door
Who could this be in this storm?
My baby blew in with the winds
Outside are rattling tree limbs
I missed her so
And she missed me even more
Her passion rises with the tides
Over her body my fingers glide
And pleasure makes her look to the sky
When she does it seems the thunder claps
Our heat melts together like hot sandwich raps
As she closes in on her peek the storm reaches its height
And the rain drips down her mountains out of sight
The winds are calming and the waters are receding
As the moon shines through the clouds, we are sleeping
Heavy rain creates the best sleep
And we were in it deep
I like your metaphors used here in "Flash Flood"
relaying the subliminal message that it does.
Do take care,
Gwendolyn
Be always safe,
Karen
