Forever isnt a promise,
I know it now all to well.
Take your heart and save me,
Cast me down to hell.
Take away whatever,
Keep me mentally sane,
Kiss me hard with reason,
Hold back all my pain.
Look me in the eyes,
Wipe away my tears,
Repeat those overcompensated words,
Instill an illogical feal.
Say you'll never leave me,
Lie to me one more time,
Pretend those evils never existed,
Tell me you'll never make me cry.
Watch me walk through a restless sleep,
Stare at me as Im in your arms,
Whisper sweet words beneath your breath,
Take me under with your charms.
Be with me in my silence,
make me feel complete...
Lead me on until you let go,
and give into loves defeat.
