I feel the same. Always pretending everything is ok and putting a smile on my face because no one wants to see a frown. It's ok not to smile when your hurting. Remember the song lean on me? Lean on me when your not strong I will help you carry on! We need support and love to get back on our feet. I know we just met but I am here for you and will help put back that smile. Everything that you wrote is so true! I often wondered why i was given so much pain and then I realized it was because I have faith and can handle it! We can't blame god for our misfortune. Life just happens and we have to keep the faith that in the end everything will be ok. :)

You do matter to others but most importantly to yourself first. Do something nice for you just you at least once a week and you'll see. Even if its something small. HUgs and hang tough.
