I have just read Your Family Tree Connection. I am a nutritional therapist and this has expanded on things I covered during my training. It is an incredible book, I am now mapping out my family tree to find out where my brother's MS came from. I have also recommended this one and the updated one to the College I trained with as I believe it would be a good reference book for many of the students.

Dr Readings Book is work of a pure genius. Getting patients to track family illness to determine proper treatment is what is lacking in the current medical practice. Not only can the cause of disease be treated and identified but prevented in the newer generations.
