It is a shame when a number of top class successful Indian business personalities located in U.A.E, keep mum on this issue.
You should take up this issue with The Hon. Minister Mr. Vayalar Ravi who should be able to do something about these issues.

Dubai was not as enchanting as the arabian nights for me
I tarried a while in Abu Dhabi you see
The Higher Colleges of Technology beckoned
and so I left a job in Australia
with hopes and dreams to fulfill
I knew not apartheid until
I found the camel drivers' with money to burn
While we slaved and toiled for their scorn
The truth is that the cunning Arabs
are too ashamed to recognise Indians
and prefer whites who sell their soul
for filthy lucre and not for gold.
the whites you see are mediocre
and know the ropes when they get here
They hire the rest by arbitrary rules
and we remain the bloody fools
If you let them have their way
You sell your soul for all your days
Better you cut your losses and run
Back home, sadder and wiser, but one
Who has tasted the bitter poison
can return home to love once forgotten.
The UAE will never change
Oman is better but still deranged
Be free my dear you're worth much more
Than to be teated like an Indian whore
By greasy Arabs, venal and stupid
Go home now and live with cupid.

OMG! Thank you God for creating me a (wo-man) from the rib of man! I will be loved and respected. Adored and not neglected. I will support and act as helpmeet if man doesn't abuse, anger or mistreat. For women are fragile, beautiful inside and out and often taking on the cares of the world and that's no doubt, so men out there be strong, loving, faithful and true, remembering this letter and all that God expects of you! This is Ranzy B. N.'s response to God about His Letter About Women:
God, You have spoken such beautiful words.
However, when you say:
You were not taken from his feet, to be under him, nor were you taken from his head, to be above him .
If those words are true dear God, then how is it that the clergy is run by men where you do not find women in Rome and Catholic churches performing the exact same rites, that the priests, the bishops and the Pope do?
Do you find as many women as there are men in the corporate world? Or among the leaders of nations, called Presidents or Prime Ministers? Corrie Aquino must have her husband proclaimed dead before she can take the presidential seat at Malacanang. In the 20th Century, there are 192 recognized countries in the world, and there were only nine women presidents and thirty-seven women prime ministers which definitely do not bespeak of a significant numerical representation of women in such job categories. What about:
Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar (Burma)
Her party won 80% of the seats in a democratic election in 1990, but the military government refused to recognize the results.(However, she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1991)
Why do women have to undergo greater difficulty than men to occupy a position that comes naturally for men? Is it really natural for men to be superior than women?
And when you speak:
You provide protection for the most delicate organ in man, his heart.
His heart is the center of his being; his lungs hold the breath of life.
How much truth is there about that line that you speak of,my God? Below his heart is his stomach, where I provide the food that he eats for I cook for him what he wants, not what I want him to eat. He wants juicy rib eye steaks and pork chops with crispy skin on the side while broccoli, carrots and other fruits and vegetables are verboten in my repertoire. He is more married to his Marlboros and Zippo than to me. And now You say that I am responsible for his heart and lungs?
I say unto You my God---that letter you wrote made my heart swell initially as I am wont to do----but in the end, in retrospect, I have had those same experiences with my man before…..sweet kind words that seem to mean that women are more superior than men. What I do not understand is why men tend to think in terms of superordinates and subordinates? The Qabalah has a sexless God. That's how I want to be treated, with respect, without any inference to my gender.
Thank you , God , for trying to comfort me.

"Heart beats"-Reminds me of two popular english songs---to be frank----"Every breath you take"-by POLICE and "We are the world" by various artists----the thought, the theme is great----but the rhythm was lost somewhere in between----

This poem is clearly a heartfelt expression of loving devotion. Truly, the man is lucky, whose beloved thinks such of him.
If I may be permitted, I would suggest a slight re-wording in the following portion of your verse (my suggestions are in brackets):
"Oh’ My heart’
You made a heart that beats for you.
What a heart that you got inside of you,
[change to: What a heart you have inside of you,]
A heart, that beats, only for you.
That heart who’ stays with you,"

This is a beautiful expresion of tribute to a loved one who has grasped the true meaing of love in all its forms...together with an expression of devotion reciprocated.
Tender language and brevity of form produces a tone which will allow any reader of sensitivity to share in the emotion and relate to the theme of unconditional love.

When one really thinks about it, the way woman was created is...I guess....'the first cloning' to take place as she was taken from his bone(Adam's).
Your poem is unique creative beautiful and debatable.
I love the way you write and I love the way you think.The one line I don't go along with is this line:
'Man represents my image, woman my emotions.'
I think man and woman are both His image and emotions equally... namely the emotion of 'love'.But that's just my opinion and I am wrong many times so take that with a small grain of salt please as I am often odd with the general flow.
