I normally don't care to read and comment on multiple poems at the same time, but the case is different. You have two poems, but they are both written about the same underlying theme . . . Death and those who slaughter . . . Both of these poems are deep with meaning and blood and abusive power.

Great ending, that last line is really effective in unnerving the reader- I like also the raw quality of your writing and it reminds me of my brother's writing which was brilliant.
