I am a libertarian so identified with the desire to remove all laws designed to protect people from themselves. However, I also believe that unrestrained commerce without government limitation has already created immense damage to the environment evidenced by many trends that are very disturbing from the extinction of species to the degradation of freshwater and the oceans, worldwide. Unregulated capitalism leads to monopoly. Monopolies are as damaging to human freedom as dictatorships, because that's what they are.
Your satire is filled with so many contradictions that it is ineffective in its purpose. For example, you say that government should protect the people, yet you say you want the NSA to go away when the NSA is charged with finding out unknown dangers lurking long before they become evident. Doing away with the IRS leaves no way for raising funds for public services for all. Privatizing everything means that that the moneyed and privileged would always get first in line for services and many wouldn't get any at all. No mail… No highways… And many others we take for granted. Your last line, you tell those who can't get a job to seek unemployment benefits. The way it is today, 90% of businesses will not hire anyone with a prison record (even for nonviolent crimes). Unemployment is paid for by taxes and is a government function. Unemployment benefits generally last less than a year. Those "free" from prison, and there are very very many, after their unemployment runs out, in desperation, return to crime because there is no opportunity in the libertarian environment created by your satire. Everyone will have guns and everyone will shoot it out to get what they need or to settle any disagreements. What a wonderful world that would be.

I checked it out, and the word, "transubconscious," is not defined anywhere, and not even by you. I believe that it's a figment of your amazing mind and imagination that no one who does not have your powers of concentration can achieve.
