Excellant write and I truly wish I had taken flying lessons when I was younger for I can only imagine what it would be like to be like an eagle or any bird for that matter and have the freedom to move in any direction...

I like my poetry to say something meaningful while having a rhythm to it, yet also rhyming. For me, if it doesn’t rhyme, it loses a lot of the rhythm. Yours really fits the bill.

There's just something about the moon! I have all sorts of moon decor things in my bedroom, and I am just mesmerized by a full moon like the recent one, so I really loved your poem. I especially like how you gave a feeling of the moon as an old friend because I think it is so true of the moon.
