My kind of story. I've been writing a lot of them these days. There are so many indicators to great problems to come. Especially while much of society is tied up with pleasure and chasing fantasy figures, superheroes, that travel far beyond even expected human enhancement.
That's why it's so hard to write about 250 years the future. My hats off to the writer who can do that with some sense of realism. I'm currently writing a first-person novel and posting here about a post-apocalyptic world, chapter by chapter. Miguel Traveler will be on my mind if I ever get a chance to read.
