It focuses on how family is so important...not just immediate family, but extended or close friends can be called family too. And how preparing meals together if can, can bring families closer. It also stresses the importance of staying in school and getting a good education. And the book includes a few recipes that can be eaten at the Family Unity Roundtable. This book is so amazing and fun to help teach kids to communicate in a positive manner. It may even make your laugh and sing because it also includes the sheet music of the songs. So Cute!
