You couldn't have picked a more idyllic scene and situation with Cape Cod, horses, and a pending inheritance granting everything one dreams of (financially), coupled with a man and woman who have given up with love and focus their attention on horses.
That mix will guarantee that lonely people stuck in apartments who have never even seen a horse, let alone ride one, been to Cape Cod (I haven't) or even out West, will want to read it and dream.
