It’s a wonderful little storybook with endearing drawings about caring and protecting those you love.
The little tractor sure has his fair share of trials and tribulations, but his owner, like a good parent, is always there to allay his fears and ensure his safety and happiness. Oh my. I just read this awesome book for kids. Wilbur, a red tractor, caught my attention. First of all, he's functional in helping farmer, Jim, with chores and doing new chores. The relationship between human and tractor is like life, tears included and with feelings. Life lessons to be learned, great to stretch your wings past the point that you think you can't go past. I loved the six questions in the back asking kids what they remember of this story. Wonderful illustrations. Perfect five star book.

But one day Jim informs Wilbur that he plans to buy the lot across the street to create his own vegetable farm, and Jim feels Wilbur is too old to join him. Though Wilbur is sad and doesn’t want to be replaced, Jim assures him that in the new home Jim will find for him, there will be many animals – chickens, cats, dogs – and that makes Wilbur happy.
This is a fine story about friendship, about enjoying chores, and about changes that can open doors for new possibilities. Children (and their reading parents!) will have fun while learning

From the reviews of your other books, I can see that you are a consummate writer for children. Although it wasn't said in the description, I believe that the story will also teach children how to maintain and protect their toys so they can be repurposed for less privileged children in the future.

Although your excerpt is too short to get any assessment of the book, I admire anyone who can write inspiring children's books that have good lessons in life.
While I believe that certain disabilities can be helped by riding horses, my experience was the opposite. I was a rough-and-tumble kid who could take on almost any challenge and riding horses was something I took to naturally. In addition, I have always had tremendous balance, saving me from many precarious situations.
Unfortunately, my hands and arms were paralyzed during spinal surgery when I was 20. Fortunately, I could walk, but my legs were affected enough that with my arms the way they were, I could not run.
While I was recovering, my mother suggested that we go for an evening trail ride at a nearby farm. I could still hold on to the reins with my atrophied hands and keep my feet firmly in the stirrups, but I rode in fear the whole time riding an old swayback mare deemed safest for me to ride. My fear was that I would fall off and further injure my neck because I could not put my arms out to break my fall.
Finally, when attending a 1980s conference in Austin, I used the word “handicapped” in front of a woman in a handbuilt flat wood wheelchair and she admonished me because the word meant, “cap in hand.” I have been an advocate for removing that word from usage ever since. If you're going to use it for your books, be sure that you give your children a little history of where it came from.

Charlene the Star was born into a family of famous racehorses. She had beautiful dark red hair, brown eyes, and nice long legs just perfect for being a racehorse. However, Charlene decides racing is not for her. Charlene does not know how to tell her mother this. Quite a dilemma for a youngster. You will have to read Charlene the Star to find out what happens next in this delightful story by Deanie Humphrys-Dunne. I recommend this book for young readers 7-12, and especially for those who are horse lovers.
