Mary, I really like this poem and it's message. Really reminds us she is truly "Mother Earth". Makes one wonder how it could all be coincidence?

Potent, coruscating, thoughts. Supported with effective (and several grotesque) images that lashout, like angry cat-claws, at the readers sensibilities. The disillusionment in this seems absolute. Speaking from my own experiences: There is assuredly injustice, lawlessness, phoniness, and demonic infiltration that permeates Christendom. The worst deception on the planet, now, dwells within the walls of the Christian church. There are many who have absolutely recoiled from Christianity because of it. Conversely, there are millions that are turning to Christ from all walks and religions all over the planet.
I, too, left the Christian Church, in my 20's and 30's. I did so because of all the dreadfulness and witchcraft that people brought into the body. The Christian Church is rife with all sorts of subtle and blatant diseases. But that's NOT real Christianity. You cannot look at the rust on the metal and say that the rust represents the metal. When I finally came back, I came back to the Risen Christ, not the part of the fallen-church that masquerades, deceives, steals, and destroys. That part is not representative of Christ. That's the rust, not the metal. Powerfully written, and deeply moving, Mary.

I love the way you tell it like it is. As a poet, you are a force to be reckoned with. Hypocrites beware with Mary's words in the air.
