Thank you all for your reviews. Without a test, you have no testimony. Sometimes God will use your misery and turn it into ministry. When we go through things, it not just for you, but down the road, you will be able to minister and encourage someone else. Listen, no one made it in life by themselves. We need one another.

I am doing my thang!! I am so excited about my life. You know that we had everything we needed to live and deal in this life at conception. We wouldn't be here if we were not ready. In other words, whatever you have been through and is going through right now, you were/are already anointed and strong enough to handle it. I am going to talk about that in my next book. Congratulations, Lorraine. I had never heard of Gardner-Webb U. so I looked it up. A small private university located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. Wow! You must have known half the kids on campus. How could it get any better? Follow your dreams!

Yes, congratulations for your persistence. You must not focus so much on what God did for you because it was your resolve and not some mysterious force that got you through taking math five times. And by all means, write your story because so many people throw in the towel and rely on public assistance to survive rather than their own initiative.
I know how hard it is to overcome other peoples' perceptions (Sartre called hell "other people") about disability having been paralyzed 50 years. While I had my academic setbacks, math came easy for me… except for calculus. Without my education I would've been dependent upon my family or the dole. As it turned out, I'm helping my family financially, employ three people, and pay taxes covering social services for those less fortunate.

Yes, dreams do help us to deal with life's situations. I always dream. Even when I take naps I dream. I do dream about flying too. Sometimes my dreams can become a story I write because I dream them in 3rd person like I was watching a movie in my dreams. I perceive this as a gift from God to me.

You can write your book of life story anytime, whenever you feel like it. There should not be any waiting period. Just write something everyday, from your memories. That's what I'm doing right now.

You have described anxiety very well and succinctly. Anxiety is also the root of religion. Without fear there would be no need for the protection of religion.
Knowledge reduces anxiety. In the Bible, the snake represents evil. Many people fear snakes. But I know that most snakes are harmless and very beneficial. And even the poisonous snakes can be managed very well if you understand their characteristics. There is nothing evil about snakes. They are just one of natures wonderful creatures. But our fear and the biblical stories makes them taboo for many people.

You shared so many beautiful pieces here, each one with such heart and soul, each one giving such distinct emotions to the reader-well, this reader anyway, lol-the first part was so inspirational, gives the reader wings and shouts to praise Him-the second part had a strong and soulful feel, makes you proud to be a woman- and the third, so beautiful-it made me think of someone I loved dearly and lost 3 years ago, my brother. Thanks for sharing so much of yourself in such a lovely way.
