I was given this book as a gift from a friend who is an English Literature teacher, who has recommended many amazing reads over the years - and so I knew this would be a great book. I could barely put it down once I started. It has a very rich and powerful story line - shocking yet believable. I wont say much more as I dont want to give too much away, but if you are looking for an intriguing horror / thriller novel, you wont be dissapointed!

i think the story repeated itself when the font changed. it's tricky sometimes i know to check these things. story- fun for this time of the year!

I am not much for this kind of story. I would rather read a good spy thriller, but this is a good story. I think it could have been longer though, with not some much narrative. But I understand you had to make things happen within a limed format. I read and write novels myself, and as I said I don't read short stories often. But this does elicit suspicion, excitement, and even fear. Keep writing.
