While I get an adrenaline rush from all the action thriller movies (I don't read them) and TV shows that I watch, I find them to be quite unrealistic and escapist. Still, it is a most sought after genre creating blockbusters, particularly in a time of economic downturn.
However, since I have been accused of being overly conservative when it comes to our ecosystem, I think I would find your novel interesting because of the subject matter, not the action. I'm currently reading too many things, but I will check out your excerpt provided here and may, if I have time, give you a read and review.
