Fairfax County is a tough county to be in and I wonder how many times this happened throughout the state. Thank goodness I refused to let anyone adopt my child when she was born. She is 35 and I am very happy to have her living in a town close by. But then my mother would not have allowed what happened to you and this lady because she took the baby home when I had to stay in the hospital.
