The first writing was scratched on rock and on wet clay. In Egypt, on a paper made from reeds called papyrus or leather parchment like the Dead Sea Scrolls. Many of these ancient forms contained poems or love songs forever ingrained for us to read today.
Your poem writes about the changing ways we write since using the quill pen. And you are absolutely right, that when you write something on the Internet, it will tend to be there forever and one should be careful not to insult or write things there that you would later regret. Unfortunately, some of these forms of writing like texting, may be convenient, but they require the receiver to have a cell phone to receive and require an abbreviated form of writing that may not be understood by the reader.
