I just heard that the increase in skin cancers and melanoma is attributed to too much exposure to the sun (probably a result of ozone depletion). Researchers were recommending no tanning at all. However, with no history of skin cancer in my family, I allow myself a few minutes outside in the sun each day because I know the value of vitamin D. We have also been warned about vitamin supplements because they are not absorbed properly when taken by pills. During my last blood test, all of my parameters were normal. I have been living with spinal cord paralysis for 50 years. Nature knows best.

A very interesting article making some very good points. Unfortunately, this is commercial, described directly above my entry here. Perhaps you are misreading.
On the other hand, my first view of bidets was that they were separate appliances making it difficult to fit them in small bathrooms. I don't have one at home, but my attendant accomplishes the same thing with a flexible spray shower head from my shower. She also uses toilet paper to dry me off rather than leave me with a wet bottom.
In all the years I used toilet paper (at a premium price per sheet in the Cairo airport with 1 inch of overflow on the entire bathroom floor) I never encountered any of those difficulties mentioned in your six points… Unless I stretch the truth quite a bit.

When I started reading this I thought I was going to be reading about an “elderly man.” I'm seventy and don't consider myself elderly at all, although I am a quadriplegic and broke my leg severely a few years ago with the power of my wheelchair. All I read here is a blatant bit of advertising for your medical products company.
