A truly beautiful story! The only mistake I can see is that there need to be more impressions in the form of favorable comments.

Reads like it was something that happened to you. Nonfiction. But your short description is about something else, a fourth grader with a problem.
The story is just beginning to interest me, when you ask us to go to part two, a download. There is no link for that so we can finish the story. Why not post it all here?

A beautiful story! I perked up when I got to the disclosure of your setting. A native Rhode Islander, I'm daring to imagine you might have been trespassing--your character, that is--on the grounds of Ocean House in Watch Hill. If so--nicely done!

I assume this is fiction. It is very good and I enjoyed it.
I recall at least two young girls coming to me in the morning when I was drinking coffee and introducing themselves while asking questions. But they were real, and with their help, we saved no one.
