I feel very blessed to have been inspired to write Sounds of Safety and Love-A River. They gave me a chance to view my life from a lighter perspective than I ever thought possible.

At times it's hard to acheive that state of inner peace I'm sure. I too have heard that phrase periodically during my life and, especially when I was young, wondered just what they meant by that. I'm not sure if the young should have that inner peace, especially at the time when they are challenged most by the world and need the partly selfish drive to acheive and succeed. To make great strides, we should not be content.
Personally I think true contentment "inner peace" may only be possible in later life when some wisdom has been acheived and we can feel free to think of other things besides making our daily bread or mastering the huge puzzle that is life on earth.
That "spark" you wonder about? Given to us by the divine. Of course. I love thoughts that in turn give me thoughts Rob. Bob
