You are amazingly prolific with your mystery series. Also a winner of awards for your writing.
I've been told that time travel is impossible or we would have been visited by the future already. That said, I have enjoyed Outlander, more for its historical accuracy than its romance.
Good luck with your light mystery writing. People are now reading more books ever according to my publisher.

I like historical fiction. While time travel is deemed near impossible, it is a nice way to segue into the past using a character from the 21st century like Mark Twain did in a Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's court. But the Spanish Armada threatening Plymouth and all of England is a good place to start.
I have watched every episode to date for Outlander and have found it to be fascinating. I'm not much of a book reader, but do read chapters here and comment. If you made it into "A Mystery," I find the book less appealing. I like to see the truth revealed rather than a writer toying with the reader with all kinds of clues. In other words, if history is forgotten and then revealed with facts, that is wonderful.

Looks like you have a good thing going. I'm not a mystery enthusiast, so I will pass on the book but I see that a lot of people do like deductive detective stories.
