I learned programming in a primitive era with languages like FORTRAN. The only website I've developed is my own and I had difficulty with HTML. I don't see myself learning CSS, PHP, SQL, Java Script or XML. The learning curve is just too long.
However, I believe that I have a good sense of use of language and design when it comes to preparing simple, but useful pages without annoying pop-ups and pull downs that it in the way of understanding what the page is supposed to convey.
