Twenty-five books since 2013! That's quite an accomplishment. It looks like you have traveled some of the same course that I have. I will have to admit that I haven't explored very much what is available online in recent years. But I find self-publishing my work quite easy. The hard part is getting people to read it when they are so distracted.

I can see where your book may be useful for those afraid of the complexities of projects and often spend too much money getting others to manage for them. I have managed countless small projects getting them done my way and saving money all the way, often doing much of the work myself. My best personal project was designing and building my dream home, a solar passive, low maintenance beautiful home in a wooded setting.
I have taught production and operations management at the college level, assisted with project management and managed a multimillion dollar energy retrofit project. I used PERT (Planning, Evaluation and Review Technique) to plan my doctoral program and finished in 2 1/2 years. Like you, I've found that a simple spreadsheet can work just as well as complex and expensive project planning software.
