This is just great J. You know there have been times I've contemplated the plight of dragons if they really did exist in this world and not just in the pages of fantasy. In these more enlightened times we would probably carve out vast tracts of government land and try to preserve the species. Or maybe try to start a captive breeding program. Unfortunately they only seem to exist in our imaginations or in some other not discovered pocket universe. A fitting end for a valiant entity. I enjoyed this one very much. Bob

A well-written lament. The fantasy of books takes us to places and times that seem ideal. I much prefer dropping everything, leaving the routine behind and getting out there into the great big world where adventures abound.
