I would add, "Pick Your Nose" or worse, "Scratch Your Balls." Certainly humorous and thorough. But I have interviewed people and actually hired one or two who begged me because I was their last resort (a criminal record makes it very difficult to get a job). I hired both of them and was never disappointed by their performance. Sometimes, a little compassion goes a long way. However, teardrop tattoos and other telltale signs are worse than anything anyone can say in an interview. Come to think of it, I would include, "Answer Your Cell Phone."

Hilarious, yet I have been a part of interviews during which several of your "don'ts" would have put a little life into some very boring people, questions, and activities.
