Attack of the Muse (Poetry) - 12/23/2014 3:36:59 PM
writing poetry is not just a addition but can be an unremitting state of constipation ....
Attack of the Muse (Poetry) - 12/1/2014 9:24:56 PM
Tell your Muse to take a new picture of you and post it.
The one above looks like Dracula drained your blood.
But I liked the poem!
Attack of the Muse (Poetry) - 11/30/2014 1:23:47 PM
....as corney as your poem sounds...you seem to know
exactly...what external stimuli stimulate your creative
capacity...being in love with life...helps...or is it with
a muse...
Behind all creation is a silence...getting into the zone...
...in the spirit of following the muse...am meditating...which
has-liberated my mind in many ways....
Thank you Max, for sharing your verse.
Sharks of Love (Poetry) - 11/29/2014 3:15:42 PM
...beautiful piece of honest and complex writing...words clearly
evident of restless human spirit seeking the highest truth...gods
in every person...poem's lines seem to be intimately connected
to poet's life...poetic wondering revisiting the okay-ness of the
"to sin is human"...and a social challenge that seems to thwart
an individual romantic fulfilment...
Max, your heart divided is beautiful and engaging...words loaded
with potentials...intellectual curiosity stands out...face-to-face with
cogito ergo sum vs an individual human being's life run in day light
and according to own modus operandi...divided heart vs Cassandra's
curse..basics of social setting...related frustration...and failure of society
to evolve rapidly enough...to match the human-intellectual-minds and its
intellectual failure to grasp human existence....
Your poem communicates the intensity-stress-pathos of the self-
-conscious...self-ironic....self-mockering human within a man...yearning
for an ideal and fulfilled relationship...
Thank you for sharing your thoughts provoking poem. What a feast!

I certainly love to be attacked like that. It leaves me breathless and with words flowing into reservoirs of cloud, to be honored or ignored, such is the absurd.

Sharks of Love (Poetry) - 11/27/2014 1:06:15 PM
Cleverly crafted, neat rhyming
and it flows smooth as me swimming thru a field of succulent breasts.
OK, I got carried away. I'm more lover than shark.
Welcome to AD. This site is in need of your talent!

They say there are a lot of fish in the sea. And we, the male of the species, sharks will be. But so confining, the nets of love. Here's hoping you find holes in the netting described above.

He was Immortal Pan (Poetry) - 11/26/2014 4:53:17 PM
Max, your poem seems to have a lot of fun using an animal metaphor to phrase the nature of a man...challenge human beliefs...relationship with a spiritual entity and the nature of human immortality.
In an unique-narrative-imaginative way plays a child-like game of "let's pretend" moments in life...the constant struggle-life tests-adversities-breaking loose from the status quo and to grow-feel alive-get character-courage-embrace the joy of creativity and imagination...to transcend the mortal shell of human's mind and free it from death.
Your poem's erudite lines play with words and tones and are overall humorous and honest.
Beautifully done. Thank you for sharing.

This is a humorous and erudite jaunt through life.
It's a bit implausible that one would find Nirvana in the occult,
but I can overlook that bit of whim. Well done.
